No! Please don't expect your final piece to match either your home printer or your computer monitor. We use a different printing process and color spectrum than a computer monitor and most home printers. Please review our "File Submission Guidelines" for further detail on color replication.
At this time we do not offer color proofs prior to printing.
CMYK stands for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black. Those are the colors used to produce full color printing. Each roller on our press has one of those colors on them, and as the paper is sent through the press, the four different colors blend to produce the final product.
When your design features color or images that run to the edge of the design, bleeds are required to help properly cut the final product. A "bleed" simply means that your original design needs to include extra space (1/8th of an inch) for color or images that run to the edge of your design so that when the final piece is cut down, there is room for the cutting blade to be off by as much as 1/8th of an inch and still not effect the final product dramatically.
At this time we do not offer mail fulfillment services.
Due to our national distribution and separate production facilities, we do not currently offer will call or pick-up services.
