Design
If your files are ready for print, please refer to our file guidelines before uploading after checkout. If you would like us to custom design a card for you, simply add it on to your order. We will contact you after checkout with a simple design guide to get us started on your project.
We can custom design your artwork for you. After checkout, you can supply us with your design information, logos, photos, etc. A personal designer will then contact you and get started on your design. We offer you unlimited design revisions for one low price. Visit our Design Center for more information.

Mag Stripe
There are two common types of magnetic stripes, Hi Coercivityor and Lo Coercivity mag stripes, these are commonly referred to as HiCo or LoCo mag stripes. The hi and lo determines the measure of strength of a magnetic field. With magnetic stripes you are able to swipe the card with your point of sales machine and are able to keep track of information on the card.
Tipping
Tipping refers the color that you would like if you were to have your cards embossed (raised numbers or letters as seen on a credit card). We offer tipping in Gold, Silver or black with no additional cost.
Signature Stripe
An area in which allows you to be able to write on the cards with a regular pen. Without a signature panel you would not be able to write on a card with a regular pen, you would have to use a permanent marker and risk the chance of the ink smearing. Adding a signature panel to your card gives you the added feature of being able to add information on the card at a later time. Information that you may want to add at a later time can be an expiration date, memberâs name, date the member joined, card dollar value, and much more.
Bar Coding
A series of wide and narrow bars that can be scanned. There are many different types of barcodes, the most common one seen is the Universal Product Code or UPC code that you see on items that you purchase at stores. You can scan the barcode with your barcode scanner and it will then bring up the information that is stored on your barcode. We can also put the number that is associated with the barcode as a human readable number so if your barcode did not scan you can also manually type in the barcode number in which it would bring up the same information that is stored. The type of barcode you will need will be dependent on the type of scanner you have.
Scratch Off
Scratch offs are applied to prevent seeing what is underneath the scratch off such as a pin number or special codes. When you scratch off the material it will then show what is underneath without scratching the code nor should you have any worries about the code fading. In most cases we can customize the size of the scratch off to meet your needs.
Flat Numbering
Embossing
Embossing is the application of applying raised text to the card. We can apply either unique random data, or sequential data to your cards. We will need an excel list of the beginning and end numbers if you would like sequential data embossed. You will also need to choose a tipping option if you would like the embossing to have a color applied to the raised area.
Foil Stamping
Foil stamping uses heat and metallic film to produce a shiny design. Foiling can be done in silver or gold on a frosted or gloss finish. We cannot do foiling on a matte finish. Foil stamping adds a unique touch that can bring out your name or logo. Foil stamping adds a shine to your card that will catch anyone's attention.
Encoding
Encoding is the process of programming information on to the magnetic stripe to go with your machine so that when you receive your cards it will work and the cards will function the way you would like them to function. On a magnetic stripe there are four tracks that you can encode on, track 1, 2, 3 and 4 with tracks 1 and 2 being the most common. In order to encode your cards correctly we will need to know what track to encode on and what numbering sequence to start and end the encoding at. If you require random data to be encoded, then we will need an excel or text file with the data to be encoded.
